Riffusion Ai Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Riffusion Ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

Riffusion Ai offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

• Billing Cycle: Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Automatic Renewal: By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each new billing cycle. You will receive a reminder before any renewal charge is applied.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until that date.
• Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. You will be notified of any price changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your account to a free plan until payment is successfully completed.

All payments are securely processed by our third-party payment service providers. Your payment card details are never stored on our servers and are subject to the privacy policies of the respective payment processors.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and delete any content you have created through the Service. Termination will not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riffusion Ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid to access the Service during the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Riffusion Ai and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your use of the Service.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

13. Changes to the Terms
