These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Riffusion Ai at https://www.riffusionai.com (the "Service"), including our AI tools for generating videos, images, and music. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Service is not directed to children.
You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use. We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that violates these Terms.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use it to create, upload, or distribute content that:
We may review, block, or remove content and suspend accounts that violate this section.
You keep ownership of prompts, lyrics, images, audio, and other materials you submit ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit User Content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service, and to comply with law. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit User Content.
Subject to these Terms and to third-party model licenses, you may use videos, images, and music generated for you for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for how you use outputs. Similar prompts can produce similar results for different users. We do not guarantee that outputs are unique, accurate, or free of third-party claims.
Generation consumes credits shown before you submit a job. Features, models, durations, and credit costs may change. Outputs are provided as-is. We may throttle or pause generation to protect the Service.
Paid plans are billed by our payment partners (the merchant of record). They process your card or other payment method. We do not store full card numbers.
Subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before renewal.
You can cancel from your profile billing page, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the period already paid.
Refunds and credit adjustments follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Fees are generally non-refundable after credits are used, except where that policy or applicable law says otherwise.
Credits are a limited license to use the Service. They are not cash, have no cash value, and are not transferable. Unused subscription credits may expire as described on the pricing page or in your account.
We may change prices. Changes apply to the next renewal after we post them or notify you. Continued use after the change means you accept the new price, unless you cancel.
Prices may exclude taxes. The merchant of record may collect taxes required by law.
If a charge fails, we may retry it and may pause paid features until payment succeeds.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if a payment fails, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that should survive (including content licenses already granted, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnification) survive termination.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent allowed by law. AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or unexpected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $100 if you paid nothing.
You will indemnify us and our payment and infrastructure partners against claims arising from your User Content, your use of outputs, or your violation of these Terms or of law.
If you send suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top will change. If a change is material, we will post a notice on the site or email the address on your account. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts or arbitration venues required by consumer law in your country still apply.
You may not use the Service if you are located in, or are a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are on a restricted-party list.
The Service relies on model providers, hosting, and payment processors. Their terms apply to the parts of the experience they provide. We are not responsible for third-party sites you open from the Service.
